Joyrider Pilates ships Pilates equipment and accessories internationally. We serve customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, Southeast Asia, and other global markets. Shipping availability and delivery methods may vary depending on destination country regulations, product type, and stock status.
Orders are shipped from one of the following locations, depending on product availability:
Mainland China (Factory / Export Warehouse)
United States Warehouse (limited in-stock items only)
International order coordination and documentation are supported through our Hong Kong office.
Joyrider Pilates offers flexible international shipping terms to meet different customer logistics needs. All terms are applied according to Incoterms® 2020.
Goods are collected directly from our factory or export warehouse in China
Buyer is responsible for all transportation, export/import customs clearance, duties, taxes, and insurance
Best for: Buyers managing their own end-to-end logistics.
Joyrider Pilates delivers goods to the designated export port in China
Export customs clearance is handled by Joyrider Pilates
Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded onto the vessel
Buyer handles international freight, import clearance, duties, taxes, and final delivery
Best for: Buyers working with their own freight forwarders.
Joyrider Pilates covers product cost, ocean freight to the destination port, and basic marine insurance
Buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, duties, port charges, and inland transportation
Best for: Sea freight buyers managing local port logistics.
Joyrider Pilates arranges international transportation to the buyer’s specified address
Buyer is responsible for import customs clearance and all local duties and taxes
Best for: Buyers who want door delivery but prefer to handle import taxes locally.
Joyrider Pilates handles international shipping, import customs clearance, duties, VAT/GST (where applicable), and delivery to the buyer’s address
Buyer receives goods with no additional import charges unless otherwise stated
Best for: Buyers seeking a fully landed, hassle-free delivery solution.
Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated.
Shipping fees depend on:
Selected Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, or DDP)
Freight forwarding company
Destination country
Shipment size, volume, and weight
Shipping method (sea, air, or express)
A final shipping quotation will be provided and confirmed before order acceptance and payment.
Orders for in-stock products are prepared and dispatched after payment confirmation.
If a product is out of stock or requires customization (OEM / ODM):
Production begins after order and payment confirmation
Delivery time is calculated only after production is completed
Production timelines vary by product and specification and will be confirmed before order approval.
United States: 4–6 weeks
United Kingdom: 6–8 weeks
Southeast Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.): 2–3 weeks
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, port congestion, public holidays, or carrier schedules.
If the product is available in our USA warehouse and the delivery address is within the United States:
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days
Availability is limited and subject to confirmation at the time of order.
Primary method: Sea Freight
Used for Reformers, Cadillacs, Chairs, Barrels, Towers, and other bulky equipment
Sea freight is selected to reduce shipping costs and ensure safe transport
Shipped via Air Freight or Express Courier only
Used to minimize downtime and ensure faster delivery
Most Pilates equipment is classified as heavy or oversized cargo.
Standard delivery is curbside delivery
Customers are responsible for unloading and on-site handling
Special delivery services (inside delivery, lifting equipment, scheduled delivery) must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address information
Refusal to accept delivery
Failure to complete customs clearance or pay import charges
Any resulting costs (storage, re-delivery, return, or disposal) will be borne by the customer and may be deducted from paid amounts.
Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt before signing
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receipt
Clear photo evidence of packaging, labels, and damaged products is required
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the carrier rejecting the claim.
Once dispatched, tracking information or shipping documents will be provided. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, depending on the carrier and shipping method.
