At Joyrider Pilates, we are committed to delivering your premium Pilates equipment safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Hong Kong & Mainland China)

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over a specified amount (check current promotions)

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 10-20 business days depending on destination
  • Express International: 5-10 business days depending on destination
  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination address
  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • Link to track your package in real-time
  • Estimated delivery date

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, some remote areas or restricted regions may not be available for delivery. If we cannot ship to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately at contact@joyriderpilates.com
  2. Provide your order number and photos of any damage
  3. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing (for international orders)
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Public holidays

We will notify you of any significant delays and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Large Equipment Shipping

For large Pilates equipment (reformers, towers, etc.):

  • Freight shipping may be required
  • Delivery to curbside or ground floor (additional fees may apply for room-of-choice delivery)
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Assembly instructions included (professional assembly services may be available in select areas)
