At Joyrider Pilates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy details below:

Return Window: 30-day return policy from the date of delivery
Condition of Item: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition
Return Method: Returns are processed by mail. Please contact our customer support team to initiate a return
Return Shipping Fees: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Restocking Fees: No restocking fee
Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number and reason for return
Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return address
Ship the item back to the address provided
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method

Return Address

All returns must be shipped to the address provided by our customer support team when you initiate your return. Please do not send items without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
